Thank you for purchasing items from us! We would like to provide you with easy way to return if you don’t like them.

We believe that pets are family and want everyone in the home to experience the same fun, comfort, and convenience!

Return Policy: 

1. 90-day money-back guarantee for any reason

For 90 days after the date of purchase, return your undamaged Pecute product and receive a FULL REFUND for ANY reason.

Items returned or exchanged should be unworn, unused, unwashed(unless it’s a fading problem), in good shapes, and with their original tags/package.

2. Who pay the return shipping fee?

It depends on what reason you applied for this return.
  1. When you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll cover the shipping fee of return, you pay free and can get fully refunds. And there’re another options for you: we resend you a new item and you return the defective item to us; Or you can keep the items and we partially refund you.
  2. For non-quality problem products (eg: the wrong size you choose, style or colour not like, etc), you need to cover the shipping fee. To avoid the unnecessary trouble of exchanging, we suggest that every customer confirm the size and style carefully before placing the order.
  3. If you are confused with product details or any other problems, please immediately contact us on Service@pecute.net

3.How to request return or refunds? And where is the return adress?

Please contact Service@pecute.net to request a return or refunds with a description of the problem and a picture of the product, and we will send you an address to return items.

Please don’t return items to the address on the original package or the company address, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.

     

    Warranty Policy: 

    12-month warranty for quality-related issues

    For 12 months after the date of purchase, we take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT.

    Reminder: Be sure to use your product as directed.

    Shipping Information: 

    1. How will my package ship?

    It depending on the place of shipment:
    If shipping from local warehouse, we usually use Amazon Logistics, USPS, DHL ,Fedex, etc.
    If shipping from China, we usually use CNE and YunExpress.

    Standard transit time is 2-20 business days depending on your location.

    2. When will my order ship?

    Orders ship Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 1-3 business days to ship your order.

    3. Is shipping free?

    At Pecute, shipping on any order is free. You may choose to expedite your shipment for a nominal fee.
